YOU must make a claim with the carrier prior to any product being replaced.

You may return most GimmeBag items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to item availability and compliance with our Common Sense Return Policy. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Allow 14-21 business days for processing of any returns. Returned items (items for exchange) may be credited and a new order will be placed for replacement item(s). Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed.
